Whoa, where did November go? Time to play a little catch up before the craziness of December gets in full swing. My little sister and her family came for a visit the 2nd week of November so we took all the cousins on a trip to the Dallas Zoo...

They were all crying by the time this little photo op was done... you'd think we were torturing them. There were plenty of smiles the rest of the time though, like when we saw the elephant playing with her toy ball...

And there were definitely lots of smiles when we entered the House of Reptiles (gasp!)...

Albino alligators, snakes as big as a tree, lizards, and all other kinds of creepy crawlies... a little boy's paradise...

One of Mo's favorites was the tiger. In fact, we had one little incident when Mo went missing for a few minutes, and guess where I found him... with his little face pressed up against the glass just staring down that tiger again...

Although the Dallas Zoo can't quite compare with Fort Worth, one area that I think is far better is the kids zoo. They had so much fun here...

Can you find Mo?...

I only wish I had known to bring shorts or extra clothes for the boys because they were dying to get in the water...

Just like our last trip to the zoo, the penguins were a bit hit...

The "train ride" (aka monorail) was pretty fun too and that's always the highlight for Ben, although he wanted to make sure it wasn't a "fast train" before he agreed to go...silly boy. Baby Mason must have enjoyed the train ride too... he was all smiles when he woke up from a little nap...

We had such a fun day and the best part was we got our own little wild things good and tired and we all went to bed early that night!
